Mr. Greenberg has been deemed an expert by the Arizona courts in the valuation of stigmatized properties. He has lectured to both the real estate and legal communities about the topics of Disclosure and Stigmatized Properties.
Mr. Greenberg has valued hundreds of properties, which were deemed stigmatized properties, throughout the United States and has testified on many occasions on said matters. Mr. Greenberg has authored numerous articles on the topics of stigma and lack of disclosure. Many of these articles have been published in various publications and can be found on the company’s website.
Mr. Greenberg has been certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to be an instructor on Real Estate Disclosure Law within the State of Arizona. Mr. Greenberg has been a guest lecturer for CLE International discussing Post Remediation Stigma. Mr. Greenberg teaches courses to attorneys, real estate brokers, agents and appraisers on the importance of disclosure documents and full disclosure of material and adverse conditions.
