Appraisal Management Services

Valuaciones Montaña Verde and Bruce D. Greenberg, Inc. provides Appraisal Management Services to several “luxury residence club” organizations. The process is simple- we take care of everything! The organization sends an order saying that they have a valuation assignment. We then find a qualified valuation expert to provide these services internationally. We use qualified appraisers who are most often members of the Appraisal Institute when ever possible and provide an appraisal product that is in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We are a one-stop point of contact. No more having to take repeated phone calls from various professionals. We will find the valuation expert, obtain all of the information needed to complete the appraisal, follow the process to ensure timely delivery, as well as take care of billings and payments for these services.

These valuation processes may be needed for any number of reasons including mortgage loans, internal business reasons, portfolio determinations, acquisition, disposition, etc. The list goes on.
