These studies outline the cost-benefit relationship of an economic endeavor of a property in Mexico.  Montaña Verde investigates whether a project will fulfill the financial objectives of the investor and analyzes the specific criteria of the resort market and the project, and will forecast property revenues, expenses and profits.  These studies are often undertaken as part of a highest and best use study for a proposed property use.
