Mr. Greenberg has been an active real estate appraiser since 1971 and established his own practice, Bruce D. Greenberg Inc., in Tucson in 1981. The firm has provided appraisal and consultation services for the real estate community, financial institutions, the legal profession, governmental agencies and the general public throughout United States and Mexico. Mr. Greenberg further provides expert consultation on structural deficiencies, environmental/contaminant issues, flood plain and other valuation diminution considerations.
The firm can provide complete multi-discipline valuations for tax issues, financing, taxation/estate planning, litigation and eminent domain proceedings, and counseling/consultation services. The result of this integration of traditionally disparate valuations services provides the client with a coordination of professionally executed valuation processes.
Valuaciones Montaña Verde S.A. de C.V. was established in 1996 and has provided clients with experience and expertise throughout Mexico with offices in Tucson, Arizona and Mexico City. We have performed over 1,000 valuation and/or consulting assignments encompassing over 3,000 properties throughout Mexico.
All assignments conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Appraisal Institute (MAI/SRA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and International Valuation Standards.
